  3. Hi dear friend, I just wanted to let you know that Blogger's news reader is not working very well these days. Not all new blog posts appear in the reader for followers, and when they do, sometimes it can be hours later...if at all! Frustrating, for sure. And something else I have noticed is that even if and when the new posts do appear on Blogger's news reader, they don't always seem to appear on all of the follower's readers.
I hope you are doing well, and I hope you have a wonderful weekend.

  6. Oh, what a beautiful bouquet, and that little Mother’s Day decoration with it is so lovely too. Very nice. I hope you’ll be able to enjoy it for a long time.

  7. I’m in the hospital without my computer and can’t figure out how to write a post using my cell phone.
These beautiful Mother’s Day flowers were from my daughter, and the picture was taken of them on the hospital windowsill across from my bed.
I wanted to write a follow up post to update you all and ask for your prayers, but since I can’t figure out how to do it, hopefully you’ll see this comment and know where I’ve been and why you have not seen any posts for a while.
I’m in hospital awaiting surgery to repair hiatal hernia and remove a small bowel obstruction.
Tentatively, if the surgeons are able to coordinate schedules and there are no emergencies requiring the operating room, it will be happening tomorrow. However, the issue seems to have become a little more complicated than originally expected.
At first I was told it would be a laparoscopic procedure, but now it’s sounding more involved, with a longer hospital recovery instead of going home within a day or two.
Would really appreciate prayer for peace, safety, wisdom for the surgeons and medical team, successful procedure with no unexpected complications, and a smooth, complete recovery.
