BENEDICTION

Wishing you this benediction from the Old Testament:

May the LORD bless you and protect you.
May the LORD smile on you and be gracious to you.
May the LORD show you his favor and give you his 
peace.  (Numbers 6:24-26, NLT)

And this one from the New Testament:

May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, 
and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.
(2 Corinthians 13:14, NLT)

    The thought just occurred to me that benedictions are a form of intercessory prayer.
