ONE WORLD ONE HEART was created by Lisa Swifka as a venue to bring bloggers from around the world together who may never have ordinarily met. Not only do we get to visit with new and wonderful people, but we even have a chance to win some prizes along the way.
Last year we toured on a wagon, but this year we'll be soaring above the rooftops on a magic carpet. It's so fun, and I'm glad the trip is not restricted to artists and folks with handmade giveaways, because I would not want to miss it for anything.
This year I have picked two gifts for my give away. The winners will be picked by Random Number Generator at Midnight (EST) on February 15th, and I will announce them on my blog on February 16th. If you would like to be entered into the drawing, please leave a comment at the end of this post, and make sure to include a link or an e-mail so I can contact you if you are a winner.
My first gift, the Inspiration Promise Book, is a devotional containing God's promises (taken from the Bible) concerning all aspects of our lives. I have found it be a wonderful help when praying for the needs of my family and friends. It has a beautiful cover I can only describe as being beveled, and so soft to the touch it almost feels like suede. 
The second gift is a dark green, vintage looking, heart shaped ornament that opens up so you can insert a small gift or trinket.

What Lisa came up with is truly a wonderful event. Not just because of the giveaways (which is fun too) but the visiting of different blogs . . . and boy do I mean the variety of blogs you see :-)
I like a good read, and I think what you are sharing to us I'm sure will be an excellent one. Inspirational books or books of comfort are always good in reminding us or lifting us when we are especially experiencing something really deep. Of course the Bible is number one but I think what you have have references from the Bible, right? And probably accompanied with stories or explanations which is also nice :-) . . . . Now for the heart, it is also a lovely keepsake. And how it is that it opens! :-)
